Emily Gallone
Osteopath
Emily has worked as an Osteopath in Clacton, Frinton, Harwich and Colchester over the last six years. She studied Osteopathy at the British School of Osteopath (now the University College of Osteopathy).
After graduating Emily completed a two-year post-graduate diploma in Paediatric Osteopathy. This has allowed Emily to be competent when treating and diagnosing patients of all ages.
Emily has also completed qualifications in Sports Massage and Acupuncture.
Austen Spooner
Osteopath
Austen graduated from the University College of Osteopathy, and has working between Colchester, Frinton and Clacton helping the local community with a range of musculoskeletal problems. Austen has a particular interest in sports.
Austen has a passion for osteopathy after having treatment during his teenage years. Most noticeable is when Austen injured his low back, herniating a disc which left him in a wheelchair for several months. Austen has found this experience allows him to understand his patient who may have similar back problems.
Janis Vagliani
Massage, Reiki and Beauty Therapist
Janis first qualified as a Massage Therapist in 2005, with many years’ experience working in Osteopath Clinics. She offers Relaxing, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone and Warm Bamboo massage treatments which are tailored to suit your needs. A case history will be taken on your first visit to maximise benefits.
Furthermore, she offers Reiki, which is deeply relaxing treatment and a range of Beauty treatments such as Facials, Waxing, Manicures and Pedicure.
Clients have ranged from Professional dancers, Marathon runners, office workers, manual workers and keeping our older generation mobile. Janis finds nothing more rewarding than helping clients be free of aches and pains or helping them achieve their sporting goal.
Joshua Doe
Osteopath
Josh graduated from the British School of Osteopathy with a Master’s degree. Since then, he has built diverse clinical experience across London, Yorkshire, and Australia.
His career highlights include treating ultra-marathon athletes on mountainsides in the Azores. Josh specialises in treating migraines, headaches, and TMJ pain, while confidently managing everything from sports injuries to chronic back pain.
Kieren McCormack
Physiotherapist
Kieren is a HCPC registered Physiotherapist and a graduate from the University of Essex. Kieren is also a qualified in Sports Massage from the renowned London School of Massage.
Kieren is passionate about Physiotherapy and helping people within the community. He brings a fresh perspective to our healthcare team and is excited to work with patients to help them overcome their challenges, whatever they may be.

Mr Stanley
Part-time meet and greeter
Stanley is an experienced meet and greeter with three years in the field.
He spends his spare time sleeping, eating and looking after his soft curls.
Since COVID-19 he has been working from home.
